Tradicionalmente, la henna es conocida por sus diseños florales únicos que son muy populares en el mehendi nupcial y las flores representan alegría y felicidad. Este calzoncillo tiene un diseño impresionante con un panel de malla y bordado de flores de henna en la parte delantera y un panel en forma de AV en la parte posterior. Es muy llamativo el bordado de henna con la malla nude contrastando con el negro de las flores. Se ha utilizado un material satinado alrededor de la entrepierna y un suave tul negro semitransparente para el resto del calzoncillo. Los soportes también están disponibles por separado.
