Standard Shipping: Free standard Local Shipping is available on orders over $99 USD, £99 GBP and $149 AUD. Our free shipping offer is limited to shop orders placed within Great Britain, United States and Australia.
International Shipping: Free International Shipping is available on orders over $150 Australian in value in all other regions/countries.
Order Processing takes 1-2 Business Days. Orders do not ship on weekends or Public Holidays.
Final Shipping charges for your order will be identified and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. RubyV Lingerie is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused, unopened and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return*
